We are an agile working firm where staff can work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Within the working day, we have core hours of working. This means the remainder of your daily hours can be allocated around those, so you can start and finish earlier or start and finish later in the day.

We have invested in our IT systems to support agile working among our workforce. We also respect people’s down-time away from the office.

On a family-friendly note, we are proud to have an enhanced maternity and paternity package.
