Ensuring Our Service Continuity To You

As the UK starts to benefit from the easing of lockdown restrictions, the Shipleys LLP team remain focussed on maintaining the high level of service delivered throughout the pandemic.

Updated 25 August 2021

Our key objective remains to protect the wellbeing of our people, our clients and our contacts whilst ensuring we continue to deliver a quality service.

In line with Government guidelines, we have undertaken risk assessments on our London office and Godalming office premises and introduced measures to ensure they are covid-secure for our employees.  This includes adhering to the amended regulations and adopting rigorous cleaning procedures.  We have new working practices in place to help keep everyone safe.

Our employees’ wellbeing is important to us. From 1 September we are initiating a phased return to the offices for all our team.  This is built on a system which blends remote and in-office working, in order to support the covid-secure measures we have established. Like many businesses, we are fully embracing a new hybrid-working environment.

Since the pandemic began, our systems and operations have proved highly effective for remote working. These include facilities for online meetings and conference calls to enable us to deliver timely advice when our clients need it.

For now, we are endeavouring to conduct most meetings online.  If however you need to meet in-person at our offices, we have covid-secure procedures in operation and your Shipleys contact will explain these to you when the meeting is arranged.

Our marketing events will remain online until further notice.  As an example, over the past year our Godalming Business Club has worked successfully as a zoom-based event.

Our staff continue to be available, blending working remotely and being in the office, and please do contact them.

Our main phone lines are covered during office hours, although they can experience busy periods.  To get through quickly to your main Shipleys contact, please either:

We also have specialist teams ready to help if your organisation is struggling as it too moves to the new working environment. These include HR advisory, payroll, bookkeeping (including experts in many online software packages) and accounts production specialists.

The Shipleys’ team continue to monitor changes to Government measures that help businesses recover from the economic disruption of the past 2 years.  You can find our latest alerts and guidance in this area of our website.

In the meantime, please be assured that we remain ready and here to help.  If you do have any concerns or questions though, please do not hesitate to contact me
