Karl helps a diverse range of clients from owner-managed businesses to larger groups with their accounting, tax, payroll, compliance and company secretarial requirements.

The route to Shipleys

Karl joined Shipleys LLP after the merger with the tax and accounting division of London based Mariana UFP LLP on 2 March 2020. He has a background in industry where he gained experience within the private equity, real estate and start-up SME sectors. In January 2024 Karl was promoted to Director.

Memberships

Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Interests outside work

Karl has a young daughter and spends most of his free time with family but also enjoys travelling, going to the gym and socialising with friends.
