Joe is highly experienced in audit and supports a wide range of owner managed businesses and groups. He also specialises in helping and guiding law firms and solicitors comply with the standards and regulations of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and Wales. Throughout his work, Joe is always keen to develop a deep understanding of different industries and businesses. He also enjoys building strong and supportive relationships with client organisations.
Upon leaving school, Joe started his Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) studies alongside working in industry. Following the successful completion of his AAT qualification, he made the move into practice and began his ACCA training to become qualified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Joe joined Shipleys in 2019 after relocating to Surrey. He completed his ACCA qualification in 2021 and since then has been promoted a number of times. In 2023, he was promoted to Audit Assistant Manager.
Joe is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In his spare time Joe enjoys running, 5 a-side football, going to the gym and cooking.
