The list below describes the cookies we use on this site and what we use them for.

First Party Cookies

These are cookies that are set by this website directly.

Our site runs on the ExpressionEngine CMS. ExpressionEngine uses cookies to track a user's session, when they last visited or did something on the site. No personal information is stored in these cookies, only timestamps related to that browser session.

Live Chat

Our website uses a third party Live Chat system supplied by Userlike UG. We use this Live Chat to provide answer questions from our online visitors. Userlike uses cookies (text files placed on your computer), enabling you to have personal real-time chats on this website. Cookies may be deployed to your device if you have agreed to our Cookie Policy when first visiting the website. The data collected via Live Chat will not be used to identify a visitor personally and neither will it be aggregated with any personal data of this user. During handling your enquiry, you may be requested to provide your name and/or email address via our Live Chat system. Only necessary information will be requested and used in order to provide a suitable response to your query. You can learn more about the steps Userlike takes to data protection here.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. This Analytics data is collected via a JavaScript tag in the pages of our site and is not tied to personally identifiable information. We therefore do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.

You can find out more about Google’s position on privacy as regards its analytics service here

Turning cookies off

If you choose to ‘Decline’ cookies on our cookie consent popup bar, the site will only set cookies that are classified as strictly necessary for ExpressionEngine’s basic functionalty.

If you wish to disable cookies completely, you can usually do so via your browser settings. However, doing so will limit the functionality of both this website, and the vast majority of other websites.  It may be that your concern is around malicious cookies, or ‘spyware’. In that case, you may find that anti-spyware software offers you the right level of protection, without having to disable cookies entirely.
