Work and clients: I’m the firm’s IT manager so my clients are everyone else – all the users! I have to make sure that the users and my team are happy and the IT subsystems are working as intended.

The route to Shipleys: I worked for a training centre in London before joining Shipleys in 1998.

I enjoy playing cricket, badminton and volleyball and go to as many cricket matches as time permits.
