Work and clients: Looks after a varied portfolio of mainly corporate and financial services clients and specialises in tax planning. Examples include advising on Enterprise Investment Scheme, Enterprise Management Incentive, acquisitions and disposals.

The route to Shipleys: Mark joined Shipleys in January 2000 after a three year spell at Barnes Roffe.
