Aim:
To help struggling individuals and companies understand their options and identify their best way forward.
Most entertaining deal or case:
Assisting a newsagents resolve their financial difficulties. I had previously been their paperboy!
Proudest professional moments:
Dealing with a restaurant that had been placed into Liquidation following the hearing of a petition. After a review of the business a decision was taken to apply for the partnership to move from Liquidation to Administration and for the restaurant to continue trading. As a result, all creditors were repaid in full (with statutory interest), the restaurant returned to profitability, exited Administration and was returned to the Partners.
