Anthony Davidson speaks at the SESCA insolvency conference
Press Release | 9th July 2014
The annual SESCA Residential Insolvency Conference is a 2 day event held at the University of Surrey. It primarily attracts Insolvency Practitioners and solicitors and speakers provide updates on current and relevant issues within the insolvency industry.
Anthony Davidson gave a presentation on the new SIPs (Statement of Insolvency Practice) 3.1 and 3.2 which deal with Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Company Voluntary Arrangements. This is a highly topical issue within the industry at the moment as these SIPs came into practice on 1 July 2014 and represent a big change from the guidance previously issued in the old SIP 3.
If you have any questions about the new SIPs please get in touch with Anthony.
